1. About DecodifAI

DecodifAI (“the Service”) is an AI-powered document analysis platform available at decodifai.site. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using DecodifAI, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must not share your account with others or allow unauthorised access.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

4. Service Description

DecodifAI uses artificial intelligence to analyse legal documents, contracts, and leases. The Service provides summaries, red flags, risk scores, action items, and negotiation tips.

5. Pricing & Payments

• Pay As You Go: £7.99 for 5 document analyses (one-time purchase, no expiry).
• Pro: £19.99/month for 25 document analyses per month.
• Business: £49.99/month for 100 document analyses per month.
• Page-based credits: Documents up to 15 pages use 1 credit. Longer documents use more: 16–30 pages = 2 credits, 31–50 pages = 3 credits. Documents over 50 pages are not currently supported.

All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details.

6. Subscriptions & Cancellations

Monthly subscriptions (Pro and Business) renew automatically. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Stripe customer portal. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. Unused document credits do not carry over to the next month for subscription plans.

7. Refunds

Pay As You Go credits are non-refundable once purchased. For subscription plans, if you are unsatisfied with the Service, please contact us within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund. After this period, we do not offer refunds for partial months.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Upload documents containing malware or malicious content.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or automate access to the Service.
• Share, resell, or redistribute analysis results commercially without permission.
• Abuse the Service in a way that degrades the experience for other users.

9. Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of the documents you upload. The analysis results generated by our AI are provided to you for your personal or business use. The DecodifAI brand, logo, website design, and underlying technology remain our intellectual property.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DecodifAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. The AI analysis is provided “as is” and we make no guarantees of accuracy or completeness.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice on our website. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
